9 Weeks – until the end of this 2016/“9” year, (2+0+1+6)=9
Are you ready for a New Beginning in 2017? It all depends on what you do NOW, in the last 9 weeks of this year.
I’ve been using my own Triple Heart Healing Technique all year this year – with myself and clients with great results. I’ve recently added a slight refinement that super-charges our ability to “Lighten Up” in even very challenging situations. I’ll be offering an all-new webinar on my technique on 11-10-2016:

Towards the end of each year, I like to review the year and plant the seeds for the coming new year, based on the year’s numerology themes. Numerology is simple and accurate in a general sense and can be used to help us determine themes, challenges and opportunities on personal and global levels.
If you’d like to read my quick explanation about the impact of numerology on our lives and how it works, click here for my basic explanation.
2016, a “9” year, has been about completion, love, service and power. These are important “9” themes and we can see how this is playing out on many levels. For example, in national politics, the Obama era is coming to an end. And even in baseball, one of the two division champion teams playing in the World Series, will end a long-time losing streak and become national champions!
Why is it so important to consciously finish things up this year? From a numerology perspective, if we don’t do this in 2016, a 9 year, we will drag the energy of last year into 2017 which will then set the stage for a repetition of old patterns. If we do what we can to complete things in 2016, we stage the stage for a new beginning!
Here’s the math, 2+0+1+7=10 (repetition), and 1+0=1 (new beginning).
To understand this more clearly, we can add in the archetypes of the Tarot, a modality of transformation that dates back to the 1400s and as some believe, originated much earlier in Egypt. The 10 of tarot is the Wheel of Fortune, and has a primary meaning connected with destiny or fate, including the energy of karma, duality and cause and effect. The 10 of tarot shows the wheel spinning around and a human “stuck on the wheel” of life, death and rebirth.
Contrast this with the 1 of tarot, the Magician.
The “1” is about leadership, correct use of power, and transformation.
This is a simplification of course, but on a basic level, it provides us with the major themes for next year and gives us the opportunity to set the stage to consciously get into sync with a new beginning.
This is a great time to ask yourself: What would a new beginning look like for me? First, I believe you need to know what you would like the end! Then the pathway for a new beginning can emerge clearly.
When I talk to my friends and clients about this topic, there is usually a common list of things they would like to be “done with”:
Worry, anxiety, bad habits, relationship conflicts, and lack (any and all kids – financial, emotional etc.)
When it comes down to the basics of what holds these things in place (i.e. patterns that are never-ending or repeating again and again), the root is unhealed or unexpressed emotion. Emotions are very powerful and they are connected to neural pathways in the brain that keep running, and thus get more locked into place. In order to unlock these emotions, we have to deal with them head-on and heart-open. They won’t just go away by thinking about a situation because they are locked in place, in the heart, in the brain and in your subtle energy anatomy.
Unlike a project, such as painting a room, there doesn’t seem to be an “end” to patterns that are connected with our emotional-mental states. UNLESS, we take action and implement a plan or practice a technique that is structured with a beginning, middle and end.
The process I use to consciously complete things is simple: I featured it in my film, Sacred Journey of the Heart, and it’s Dive In, Tune In and Lighten Up.
In the film, I described the process very simply:
Dive In: This means to be willing to experience our locked-down emotional states –to choose to explore what is inside and to be responsible for transforming our inner world first – rather than expecting our outer world to conform to our desires. This desire most often results in an outside-focus on other people, events of circumstances. It looks like this:
- “If only x person would change, then my life would be better.”
- “If only I had a partner in my life, then I would be happy.”
- “If only I could get a new job, then I would be happier.”
Diving in means that you are choosing to go to the place where we really can make change and create new outcomes- and that is into the inner feelings and emotions that run in the background and thus, are really running the show.
Tune In: This means that once you identify an emotional source of a repeating pattern, such as sadness about loss, fear of rejection, or resentment about past mistreatment, you must accept and love these feelings as well as the circumstances that are associated with them. Instead of “tuning out” or distracting ourselves, we have to be willing to tune IN, just for a few moments. It’s amazing how much we distract ourselves in order to avoid the momentary discomfort of acknowledging what is running in the background all the time.
Once you get comfortable with this process of tuning in, it is actually a huge relief to do this. It takes a tremendous amount of energy to ignore our inner world and a huge toll physically to keep feelings stuffed inside. I am convinced that the reason heart attack is the #1 killer for both men and women today, is because of stuffed emotions. Where do the emotions get stuffed? Pretty much anywhere in the body, but the pressure of emotional stuffing is felt in the heart. And at some point, the human heart can only hold so much of this pressure, calcified, that it eventually explodes into myocardial infarction.
I’m not saying this to scare anybody – I’m saying this to empower and encourage people to take care of themselves now. Because after a brief tune-in, the final step is to Lighten Up!
In the work that I do (below), the Lighten Up part is enjoyable, fun and sets a whole new foundation for a new beginning.
Lighten Up! This means that after we tune into the emotional root cause of old patterns, we are literally “moving” the energy from the stuck places in our hearts, minds, bodies and subtle energies. We actually feel lighter. Why? Because we are creating space for authentic happiness and a deep sense of contentment. At the end of every 3 part process, we are encouraged to let go (after tuning in), and to generate a sense of inner satisfaction and/or gratitude. It is so easy to do this that sometimes we tend to poo-poo it!
Somewhere along the line, we bought the belief that healing and transformation is hard work and takes a long time. The truth is, it’s easier than we think and all it takes is the willingness to dive in and tune in. I can guarantee, based on my experience in working with this practice, that if you take the last 9 remaining weeks of 2016 and practice this 3x a day, you WILL have an entirely new beginning in 2017!
How?? By learning a new process!
My unique, Triple Heart Healing Technique, (THHT) provides a simple, easy to learn framework that you can do anywhere and anytime! You don’t have to stop, find a quiet place to be alone or isolate yourself from the world to use this technique to move emotions and lighten up.
The THHT is meant to help us move through day-to-day life where things come up, where sometimes we get triggered on an old story, and where we simply go into an old habit by default. When we start using the THHT on a regular basis when things come up, instead of defaulting to old patterns, we stay present to our feelings in the moment and make choices based on today, and we do not fall back to old patterns of the past.
One of my clients shared this with me: “When I started using the THHT in daily interactions with my family, I was able to stay focused on what was actually going on in situations. I didn’t react to stress in the same way at all. I just tuned into my heart, let the feelings move, and then did the inner smile—the bottom line is, instead of getting stressed, I stayed balanced. I really feel like I am making better decisions and improving my heart connections with my family.”
I teach the basics of the THHT in my online webinar (see links above). I’ve added a couple refinements to the process that make it even more effective and easier to remember to use every day. I’m offering the revised webinar to share this new technique with you so you can consciously complete 2016 in a Lightened Up state! To start a new beginning in 2017 with a light-heart and a deep sense of optimism is possible for all of us.
The only requirement is the willingness to Dive-in, Tune-In and Lighten-Up!
This is a question posed near the end of my documentary film, Sacred Journey of the Heart:
Gregg Braden: “A question that comes to us again and again is how much power do we really have to influence the world? How strong is this power in the human heart?” Click here to watch film on GaiaTV
This question that Gregg asks is a fundamental one as we chose, day in and day out, how to act in the world. If we believe that our individual choices do not really matter in the larger scheme, we miss many opportunities to be agents of change. If we begin to explore and act from the amazing, verifiable power in our hearts, we not only change our own lives, but we experience the power we have to change the world around us.
I had a heart-empowered experience the last time I was at the airport. I am sharing this with you to demonstrate how each one of us has the capacity to change a situation of chaos into calm, callousness into caring and self-centeredness into service. This is needed now more than ever before.
If you fly the “friendly” skies a lot or even once in a while, you’ll notice how chaotic it’s become in airports. The stress level has increased tremendously with all the threats, the computer system breakdowns, with security procedures and even with the boarding process to get onto the planes.
Airports are way-stations for people in transit and they are wonderful places to observe human behavior. Being a certified hearth math instructor, the main reason I enjoy travelling as much as I do (about 75,000 miles a year), is that I know how to stay stress-free and choose to enjoy travel vs. dread it.
Not only that, but I know that using the present-moment awareness techniques of HeartMath, I can and regularly DO, successfully shift chaotic situations into calm ones.
Here’s what happened. I arrived 3 hours early to airport last week which is unusual for me but my transportation options made it necessary. I went into the airport with the intention to stay in heart-coherence, a measurable state that you consciously activate through a simple technique (taught in the film by Dr. Rolin McCraty of HeartMath). This state allows you to be in the flow, and to send a signal into the field around you that is calming. I also have a little prayer that I say which begins, “Make me an instrument of thy peace…” also known as the St. Francis of Assisi prayer.
Because I was so early, there was a flight that was leaving before the one I was booked on. So I thought I’d go to that gate and see if I could get a seat on the earlier flight. The gate agents had just started to board first class. There was a crowd of people, all bunched up around the boarding area and a lot of tension in the air. You can feel the anxiety and frustration many people are steeped in during the boarding process. This feeling is a result of the actual signal that is being broadcast from many people’s hearts rhythms. The question you may ask is: Is it really possible for one person to shift this? I know that the answer is “yes”.
So on that day, I stood at the back of the crowd and kept radiating gratitude and calm. Then I felt a slight tap on my shoulder. I turned and saw a beautiful young woman, about 18 years old standing next to me. She made it known very quickly that she was deaf. Then she showed me her boarding pass that had a “Zone 4” on it. She asked me with her fingers, are they boarding Zone 1, 2, 3 or 4?
Knowing the ins and outs of airline travel, I motioned to her, “follow me”. I then asked people to please step aside as I was making way for this young women to get on the plane. I knew that the gate agent would have no objection to her boarding early and getting settled into her seat. However, there was quite an outcry as we moved through the crowd of waiting people – for example: “Are you in first class?”, “Hey lady, there’s a line here” etc.
I stopped for a moment and still, sending out appreciation, said, “I’m not even on this flight, I am helping this young woman who can’t hear get onto this plane. Can you imagine being in an airport and not being able to hear the announcements?”
Everything shifted. People backed up, made a little aisle for us and even started to smile. A few people said thank you to me. And the whole energy shifted out of selfishness and the “me-first” callous attitude that can be prevalent in crowds. It changed in a few seconds to to people feeling genuinely grateful for a couple of things: that someone was helping another person, and maybe even feeling grateful for being able to hear, a sense faculty we usually take for granted.
When the young woman got to the jet bridge, she turned and gave me the heart-thanks symbol with her hands. I said thank you back to her, then ducked under the boarding-area rope, and went on my way, my heart expanding even more with gratitude that my prayer was answered and I was able to be an instrument of peace in that moment.
I encourage you to explore the power you have inside your own heart, to learn to use it to be an instrument of positive change and to live life in ever expanding gratitude.
I will be sharing the heart-math coherence technique in my upcoming webinar

Heart-felt blessings,
Ronna Prince
A lot of people talk about synchronicity as something that just happens. Something surprising occurs out of the blue and we attribute it to a “coincidence of time”. The dictionary.com definition of synchronous is:
occurring at the same time; coinciding in time; contemporaneous; simultaneous.
Hence, our tendency is to accept events that surprise us in positive ways as coincidental. Over the years of exploring consciousness, I have come to conclude that there is very little coincidence, chance or luck involved in synchronous events. And even more so, I have the experience of being able to create synchronicities by thinking, feeling, sensing and acting in a specific way so as to consciously create them!
This activity is what people call “the secret art of manifestation”. For me, there’s nothing secret about it. It is simply a process of knowing a few keys and the incorporating every day by practicing!
This goes way, way beyond the Law of Attraction that was brought to most of us by “The Secret”, a groundbreaking film that came out in 2006. It’s been 10 years since the film’s DVD release and my question is this: Why are people still having so many issues with creating the life that they want if the “secret” is out?
In my view, the difficulty exists because we are still trying to think the “right thoughts” with our head. And we are still trying to solve our problems within the same construct that created them in the first place.
The true path to creating synchronicities consists of two simple steps. I’ll share step one with you here and invite you to join me in my free online webinar on Thursday August 11 at 5 pm Pacific time to learn how to incorporate both parts of synchronistic manifesting. (webinar info below)
Step one is all about learning how to incorporate your heart’s intuition into your thinking process so that your heart is broadcasting a specific, measurable vibration. (More about this in the webinar.) When you do this, you will start to know what it feels like to live in an open hearted way.
The secret then, is learning the difference between a closed heart and an open heart, and choosing to create from the latter. As we do this, we align with more empowering thoughts. We have a heightened ability to sense the world around us, even on a non-local scale, and to then tap into opportunities that we would not have noticed if our hearts were shut down.
So what does an open heart feel like?
Simple. When your heart is open:
- You feel a sense of connection to yourself and everything around you.
- You are happy to be alive
- You trust the process
- You feel free to explore new things
- You find yourself saying, “I can do it!”
- You stay aware of the possibilities around you
- You listen to your intuition and follow it.
As opposed to this, when your heart is closed, you feel the need to be on guard, you mistrust things and people, you find yourself saying “I can’t because”. In this state, possibilities that are right there can’t make it through because you won’t see them.
In the open-hearted state, you will find yourself being amazed over and over again at things that appear to “just happen”. But they didn’t! Because your heart is open, you created the groundwork, the pathway and the possibility for synchronicity!
Here’s one of my recent examples;
I decided to say no to a distribution deal on my film, Sacred Journey of the Heart, because the contract conditions were just too onerous for me to fulfill. I found myself feeling down for a few days and wondering if I had just rejected the only offer I would ever get to stream my film on a worldwide platform. I caught myself shutting down my heart in self-doubt, criticism and “I can’t do it…”
And that’s the key, I caught myself. In the space of one breath, I opened my heart (step 1) and moved the energy of “I can’t” and all associated feelings (step 2) out of my heart…. And then, effortlessly, I aligned myself with a new possibility rather than seeing this as the end of the road.
The very next day, I received an email to submit my film to GaiaTV, now “Gaia”, and literally sailed through the process of getting the film onto their platform. I’m happy to say that the film debuted on 7-7-2016 and can now be streamed anywhere in the world with an internet connection! Click here to go to Gaia and sign up to see the film. And it’s captioned for ease of understanding.
In one way I was amazed and surprised, and yet, in another, I saw this as a confirmation that I did my part in creating this synchronicity by choosing to follow my simple process.
If you are a seeker of simpler, more effective and enjoyable ways of living in the world, I invite you to join me in exploring this process in depth. You must obtain the password for the event to attend – email me at ronna@sacredjourneyoftheheart.com

By Ronna Prince, Numerologist, Aura-soma practitioner and "Master Soul Decoder"!
At the end of each year, I spend time “decoding” the major themes of the upcoming year through numerology. One of my greatest passions is to decode the vibration and resonance of word and names to reveal the deeper meanings behind things.
Whats’ a “Master Soul Decoder?” My clients often say to me: “Wow! how did you know that?”, when all I’ve done is look at their name numerology or decoded a series of 4 or 5 numbers that they give me in the beginning of their session. These numbers are not random at all! The series of numbers my clients give me are what I call their “soul code” as it pertains to the issue they wish to explore during the session. When I look at these numbers, it always, without exception, tells me what their soul is really desiring to hear, to do, or to stop doing to make progress on their life’s journey. That’s why my clients have given me the nickname, the “Master Soul Decoder”! (If you’d like to experience the magic and confirmation of your “soul’s code”, please contact me for a Soul Codes Session. For more information, click here for my coaching website. Modern Mastery
How does it work and what can a numerology-based title do? I have been using Pythagorean numerology for years as a foundation of my coaching practice. Understanding your personal vibration through your birth name and birth date is very helpful in knowing your life’s mission and purpose. Every major project I undertake is based on the vibrational message that’s behind the title.
For example, Sacred Journey of the Heart, the title of my award-winning documentary film, equals 111 when the letters are translated to numbers. 111 is a very important triple master number that signifies the sacred trinity in all things. And 111/3 is about partnership. I created the film title based on that number. And it created a “resonant field” around it that influenced the decisions of many of my guest speakers to join the project. That’s how powerful I believe the underlying resonance of words are.
As Plato, a student of Pythagoras said
The Influence of the Calendar Date: In addition to our names and the titles of things, we are all greatly influenced by calendar dates. We are aware of what the date is and what we have scheduled day by day, often referring to our calendars and datebooks to set our schedules and remember what we’ve planned to do.
Let’s look at the numerology of 2016 and translate it into the major vibrational themes we have to work with this year. First, here is a basic chart that shows you have Pythagorean numerology translates letters to numbers. It’s very simple:
The year 2016 = 2+0+1+6=9. There are many iterations of “9” that we can examine that will give us insights about the overall 9 theme. For example, 2+0+16 = 18. This is the most powerful and basic of the “9” themes. When we translate the word “love”, it equals 18/9.
Love translates as: L=3; 0=6, V=4; E= 5 3+6+4+5= 18; and 18 is 1+8=9. Very simple! In my estimation, numerology is not just a little game or something interesting. It forms the vibrational foundation of everything. This aligns with the first two Universal Laws which are the Law of Vibration and the Law of Resonance.
Numerology and the first two Universal Laws: The Law of Vibration states that “Everything vibrates”. Everything moves and nothing is completely at rest. The Law of Resonance states that once expressed, a vibration will continue to resonate and impact nearby energies, creating a sympathetic and/or dissonant frequencies. These two laws are the foundation of all other Universal Laws that construct our reality. If you are interested in my online webinar, the 12 Laws of Universal Creation, click here. 12 Laws Class
So if you know the foundation of number’s frequency, you know exactly what to build upon it.
For 2016 the key words are all related to the frequency of 9. In general “9” indicates an opportunity for humanitarian service. To me, this means doing something that will benefit all of humanity and not just the self. It is about stepping outside of our personal roles and goals, and expanding into something that is helpful to others on a larger scale. A 9 year contains the possibility of “expression of our true service in the world”.
Within this definition, there are key “9” words:
- Expansion = 45/9
- Expression = 54/9
- Service = 36/9
- Opportunity – 63/9
- And as I’ve already shared, Love = 18/9
I have actually written out my mission statement for 2016 based on these as few other key vibrations!
Here are a few more “9” themes: Grow= 27/9, Leader = 27/9, Inspire = 45/9, Determination = 72/9.
The Key Choices of 2016: In every year, we have a choice to make about how we will interact in the world. Last year, 2015, a year of “8”, was about the basic choice to “trust” which equals 17/8″ or to “doubt” which also equals 17/8. If you take a minute to think about last year, you will undoubtedly see how this theme played out in your life.
This year, 2016, the choice is centered around Love and power. As we’ve seen, Love = 18/9. That’s the basic energy of this year. But Power is a 32/5 word. So power itself is not a theme. But if we look at how we embody our power, the “9” choice becomes clear.
Powerlessness = 54/9
Much, if not all of our frustrations about expressing and expanding our life’s true purpose comes from a basic feeling of powerlessness. If you are willing to fully embrace your power, from a foundation of Love, you begin to embody a different “9” vibration:
I Embrace the Power I Am = 99! “99” is the super “9” master number. It’s like putting a big explanation point on the 9 and telling the universe – “I mean it!”
Even more power-full, is this statement:
I Love Being Powerful! This also = 99! Say this out loud and see how it feels. I’d never said this out loud before I decoded this phrase as being the “Master Generator” number for this 9 year!
Most of us learned to be afraid of our power when we were little. We never learned what it means to fully embody our power from the foundation love. All of my teaching in 2016 is based on the foundational vibration of “9”. My latest technique, the Triple Heart Technique, also resonates with 9. Triple Heart Technique = 108/9.
This all-new healing technique uses the power of sound through music, an awareness of our expanded energy system and a simple process for healing stuck emotions. When we do this process, it becomes very easy to move forward into this year of opportunity, expansion, expression and love!
I will leave you with some of my favorite Master 99 statements for 2016:
- Authentic Soul Embodiment = 99
- Quantum Leap in Compassion = 99
- I Love Being Powerful = 99

If you missed the dates, the classes are replaying and you may listen/watch at your convenience. For more information: 12 Laws WebinarIn my recent article about how to stop mind chatter, I made a statement: “my life stands in opposition to the Law of Attraction”. I received quite a few questions on this and so now, I’ll explain it. In doing so, I will share with you what I have learned in working with what I call “The Higher Operative Laws of Manifestation”. I’ll keep it to the basics because to fully understand the higher laws, you have to have a working knowledge of the 12 Universal Laws of Consciousness.
What are some examples to prove my point about the law of attraction NOT being the key law at work in my life?
I’ve been upfront with you about my struggle with pessimism because I’ve worked really hard to overcome it, so what follows will probably not surprise you!
I’m happy to say that after I retrained my brain with Brain Tek (See my previous articles), I am no longer suffering from this state of mind!
I’ll present this with the Thought/Feeling context and the Outcome Result:
While producing my feature documentary film, Sacred Journey of the Heart, I was plagued with the following Thoughts/Feelings
Thoughts: “I’ll never get the film done, it won’t be very good, I won’t get final approval from my film speakers, it will never amount to anything.”
Feelings: Inferior, insecure, rejected, worthless
Result/Outcome: My first-ever documentary film was completed in a more compelling and beautiful way than I ever imagined. We have won multiple awards for Best Editing, Best Director, Best Story and Most Inspirational Filmmaker. And all of my guest speakers in the film signed off on their interviews and the final film edit. Just before doing a one-time screening at Studio Movie Grill, Dan Harkins of Harkin’s Theaters, the fifth largest theater chain in the country, asked to see it for acquisition in his theaters.
According to the Law of Attraction, this result/outcome wasn’t supposed to happen.
While Dan Harkins’ team was evaluating the film, I did something unique: I entered into a state (feeling and thinking) of curiosity and wonderment. I had no expectation as this offer was completely unexpected and I had nothing “riding” on it. I just wondered what could happen. I was curious if Harkins would like the movie and if more people would end up seeing it at Harkins than one showing at a local competing chain.
When Harkins called and said, “we’ve accepted your film for a one week run”, I was pleasantly surprised but nervous. How was I going to pull this off and figure out how to get ready for a theatrical release in a few weeks?
Here’s one more example:
About three weeks before the film premier, I went to Harkin’s Camelview Theater where the film would be screened and met with the manager. He showed me the ropes and helped me understand what I needed to be ready to screen, things I had never thought of, like a movie poster, a 1-sheet description of the film, ads in the Phoenix Republic newspaper, TV and radio interviews etc. Then he showed me the theater we were booked into. It had 75 seats. I thought, “Wow, I hope 75 people will come.” Then he explained that if advance ticket sales went well before the premier date, he would bump me up into the larger theaters. He then showed me the 450 seat theater. Here’s what happened:
Thoughts: “We’ll never sell this many tickets, I only know about 50 people in Phoenix and they’re probably busy, I’ll probably fail. My guest speakers in the film will probably be too busy to come”
Feelings: Insecurity, embarrassed, vulnerable, hesitant.
Outcome/Result: Our premier was sold out in the largest theater two weeks before the premier date. There was standing room only and people were trying to scalp tickets outside. My film was held over for a total run of 4 weeks as viewers spread the word and came back multiple times (as many as 5 or 6). Most of my guest speakers in the film flew into town for the premier: Gregg Braden, Dr .Deborah Rozman from HeartMath, Uqualla, Larry Running Turtle Salazar and many more!
Again, according the Law of Attraction, this was not supposed to happen.
If the Law of Attraction was the operative law, I would have experienced a mediocre outcome or no outcome at all. My thoughts were largely pessimistic, my feelings were difficult to deal with and some of the people close to me were getting a bit fed up by my negativity in the face of impending success.
Here’s what was really happening, after all is said and done, and I’ve done a post-mortem on the events that led up to so many positive and life-changing experiences:
I was subconsciously working with the highest 4 laws of manifestation: I’ll share two of these with you here: The Law of Reciprocity and the Law of Confluence. I have grouped the 12 laws into 3 groups of 4 laws each. I will review the 12 laws in my webinar (see details below).
I work with this process with clients and see tremendous changes in their lives when they consciously start to interact with the highest laws. By the way, the Law of Attraction is in the second grouping, along with the Law of Polarity and the Law of Correspondence. It works primarily with the thinking faculties which is why it works so well for manifesting a parking space. But most of us are interested in things more satisfying than a good spot at the mall.
The Law of Confluence is actually featured in my film. At the end of a very emotional scene in the film, a black screen appears with these words:
So you get a sense of what the Law of Confluence is all about. I further describe it in the movie as the energy that brings many things together in a stream of connection, sort of like the Nile Delta. This is what I experienced in the film over and over again, in spite of my pessimism – a higher law was at work.
The most active law I was working with was the Law of Reciprocity. My deepest desire was to share my work with a larger audience and to share the work of many others who have had a significant impact on the lives of others with their cutting edge teachings. I also wanted to honor the wisdom of our ancestors and highlight their teachings in honorable and beautiful ways. I wanted to share, give back, and help others.
And in this way, others came in droves to help me. Such as Liz Dawn of Mishka Productions who sent out an email to her fans announcing the film premier. The next day, we were sold out! And Mary Morrissey who contacted me, through her dear friend Marianne Wilson, to let me know she would be thrilled to narrate my film! Mary’s call answered a vision in my heart that the film would be narrated by a powerful and heart-centered woman. And Dr. Joe Dispenza who agreed to interview with us after a long travel day and teaching a workshop.
All of these miraculous things were happening because I was working with the Law of Reciprocity and the Law of Confluence. These laws are far more powerful and can override the Laws of Attraction, Correspondence and Polarity. So that’s what I mean by the statement: “My life stands in opposition to the law of attraction”.
I have been working the highest four laws for a few years now. Many, many miraculous things have happened and I won’t bore you with all of them!
If you are intrigued by how this works, I will be sharing more detail in my upcoming webinar. This is the intro webinar that is still available for free viewing:

How often have you heard someone tell you, when contemplating what to do about an issue, to “just let it go”? Or have you found yourself saying, “I just have to let this go..” and then realizing later that the issue, person or thing is still there, lurking around the corner? Or even more obvious, you find yourself facing another situation just like the one you gotten out of! I’ve seen this with my clients and experienced it myself, in relationships, work related projects, issues of health like the recurring 10 pound weight loss and gain. This pattern reminds me of the French saying, “the more things change, the more they stay the same.”
After spending some time immersed in the pattern of “letting go” and having it crop up again, I finally got to the core of this issue that underpins a lot of repeating experience. And I call that getting to the core of the 5 W’s of Letting Go and Holding Dear. And these are not the journalistic – who, what, when, where and why questions! Those are just facts that fall into place after the foundational “W”s are solidified.
The Foundational 5 “W”s in the Art of Letting Go and the Act of Holding Dear
Wisdom
Worthiness
Wholeness
Wealth
Well-Being
I am going to delve into each one of these during my webinar on 1-21, 2015 during which I will share with you the specifics of how to work with these 5 energies or states of being.
But before we get to that next week, I have listed below the 5 surefire ways of having something we want to let go of, happen again (i.e. what not to do) and 5 reliable ways to ensure that we expand upon the things that we hold dear to our hearts. It looks like a simple list, but it’s an empowering starting process to become more clear and conscious about what we are creating in 2015.
How to ineffectively let go – i.e. bring it on again! | How to truly let it go – a new beginning: |
Letting go without learning the lesson | What have I learned? How did I grow from this situation? |
Letting go without realizing the gift | What is the gift In what happened? What happened for me, vs “to me”. |
Letting go with blame, regret or shame | How did I contribute to this situation? Have I truly forgiven those involved? |
Letting go with conditions | Am I holding onto conditions such as “I will let go only if I’m sure it won’t happen again.” |
Letting go with the spiritual bypass (or cop-out) of “it’s all good” | Have I allowed myself to feel my true feelings around the situation – or have I stuffed and denied how I feel? |
About mid-way through 2014, I started using this new technique and tool for myself… and in doing so, I shifted out of some old patterns that continued to clear and in late December 2014, completely ended. I have never been so excited about a New Year as I am in January 2015!
I invite you to join me to create from a new platform in 2015!

Are you ready for the holidays or are you like me, doing last minute shopping and meal planning? In the midst of last minute activities, it seems like I’m bombarded by “last chance” emails, ads and signs everywhere I look. Today, I’m pondering “last chances” – of which there really are very few in life, and “second chances” – what we gift to ourselves and others when make new choices.
When you think about it for a minute, there are truly very few things in life that are last chances…. But if we end up missing a last chance at something important, it can be really hard to let go of feelings of regret and move on… and in looking back, we can easily end up missing second chances that are right there in front of us now. In this article, I’ll share with you 3 ways to shift out of last chanc-ing.
The problem with last chance thinking and acting is twofold and it runs on a very powerful emotion-based program.
Here is the problem with last-chances: 1) they prey on our tendency toward impulsivity, bypassing the higher-brain processes of reason and logic and, 2) they pull at our heart-strings, typically in ways that deplete our energy… as in “I should do x, y, or z, or else….”
This is because “last chances” are tied into old wired-in emotional patterns of fear and regret. Fear and regret are very powerful because they keep us looking backward at the past and/or lock us into anxiety about the future never presenting us with an opportunity again.
When we dissect it this way, it’s easy to see how dysfunctional last chance thinking and acting really is!
Here is a personal example I just experienced. My younger brother, John, today is happy, well-adjusted, employed and in a committed relationship. Five years ago, he was homeless, alone and literally wandering in the desert in Arizona. I didn’t know if he was alive or dead. He had been missing for about 3 years. The last time I saw him was in 2007 when I left him at a rehab center for indigent people. He had spiraled into alcoholism after our mom died in 2002 and his wife left him. He had run out of “one last chances” with me as I had learned how to stop enabling his addiction.
A few years later in 2010, I was playing the Radical Forgiveness game called “Satori” that is featured in my film, Sacred Journey of the Heart. Satori is a board game created by Colin Tipping, that takes the players through all 5 steps of Radical Forgiveness that I depict in the film. Playing the game results in reframing issues to a new perspective that literally shifts reality in small and sometimes huge ways.
Each player “randomly” selects an issue from a stack of cards and plays the game around that particular issue. The card I picked for the game that day in 2010 was “Alcohol and Drugs have affected your life” and the context was Family. So obviously, I was being led to dive deep into Radical Forgiveness about my brother John’s alcoholism. It was one of the toughest games of Satori I ever played. Through the process, I was able to look at how I still blamed myself for not doing enough for him, not just through his addiction, but when we were growing up and I was trying to fill in for an absent dad and a stressed out mom who had gone to back to school to get her master’s degree after her divorce. I was able to shift into a new perspective about the events around his addiction and see what the experience did “for” me vs “to” me. It helped me untangle my lack of self-forgiveness and enter into deep forgiveness for my brother and through him, for myself.
Literally 10 days after I played the Satori game in August 2010, my brother was found in the desert, brought back to our hometown in the Midwest and entered into a very strict rehab program. All he had to his name was a change of clothes. He didn’t even have an ID card. Less than 10% of the people entering the rehab program complete it. My brother was one of the successful graduates.
Today, he is sober, he has rebuilt his life, he has a good job and he is living in a committed and happy relationship. It is a miracle that was built on radical forgiveness, his hard work, the support of many people and the second chance he received to start again.
The other day he called to ask me for a recipe of one of our mom’s favorite holiday breakfast casseroles. I told him it was in the 3-ring binder book that my mom gave to each one of us before she died. The book contained her favorite recipes, favorite poems and the original artwork and poetry she created as she was dying from brain cancer. It was a gift we all cherished because it contained so many fond memories and her expressions of love which came through her cooking, poetry and art.
John reminded me that he had lost the book of our mom’s precious gift. I said to myself, “Ah! That’s right! He had literally lost every single thing he owned from his past.”
Of course, I emailed him the recipe right away but in that moment, I knew what to give my brother this Christmas. One by one, I copied each page from the 3 ring binder book from our mother. The recipes are in black and white, the artwork and poetry are in color – about 250 pieces of paper and several hours of my time were spent in gratitude that my mom left us such an amazing gift. And in deep gratitude that my brother had not at all “lost” this part of his past: the legacy of love from our mom that I could give back to him.
I believe that there are always second chances for love. Radical Forgiveness opened my heart in 2010 and I got my brother back. And my brother is getting the gift from our mother back!
I’ve continued my exploration of emotions and the brain, the heart and the mind since 2010. I’ve discovered that doing the HeartMath program, Voyage to Heart Intelligence, activates the power of our hearts and creates many second chances for love and great moment-to-moment connections with the present moment.
And my latest discovery, Brain Tek’s brain wave entrainment program, caps it all off by unwiring stuck pathways in the brain that tend to resurface during stressful times. Brain Tek’s personalized sound therapies literally create new pathways in the brain that end worry, rumination, anxiety and procrastination.
I will be comparing all three programs next Monday, December 29th 2014 at 5 pm Mountain time. My primary focus will be Brain Tek – if you’ve missed my other free webinars, here’s your second chance to learn how to permanently change old patterns and give yourself the gift of living in the present!

Permanent Peace
See info at the end of this post for a free webinar, Thursday, December 4 at 6 pm Mountain Daylight TimeDo gratitude and peace go hand-in-hand or is it possible to experience one without the other?
This is the question I’m pondering as I get ready to prepare the Thanksgiving feast I will have with friends and family tomorrow.
My personal answer is that I believe we can feel and express gratitude and NOT feel peaceful inside – but by contrast, we CANNOT feel peaceful without feeling grateful at the same time. Make sense?
It should if you think about it. Here’s an example:
It’s easy to feel grateful for the things that we have in the moment – family, relationships, health, jobs, shelter, food, clean water and transportation to get to get to where we need to go. At the same time, it’s common for people to feel anxious about the future and losing any one of these things. In other words, it’s common to feel grateful for the present and to worry about the future. It’s also common to feel grateful about the present and to feel depressed about the past. When we live this way, gratitude can quickly wash away with the next wave to hit the shore.
BUT if you are truly at peace, deep peace, you are not sad about the past or worried about the future. In the present moment, the only moment we have, the backdrop of our experience is a feeling of gratitude for everything that has happened, and a knowingness that whatever the future brings, we can still choose to come from this inner place of peace.
In my film Sacred Journey of the Heart, I actually described this state of being grateful for the past and everything that happened to me, including a childhood of abuse. And I courageously ended the film saying that “my heart will lead the way”, to whatever the future had in store for me. But I really wasn’t at peace- not yet – because my brain actually did not know how to function this way!
Literally, my brain was hard-wired for hyper-vigilance, a state of being on guard for impending threats. My nervous system was locked in to a low grade anxiety that could spike to intense anxiety at a moment’s notice. My limbic system, the emotional part of our brain, was programmed for sadness that sometime tipped into low-grade depression. And a deep brain structure, called the cingulate gyrus, that is actually shaped like a loop, kept me wired into a pattern of rumination and worry about “what if….” And worst case scenarios – all so I could be prepared in case of danger.
As you undoubtedly know, this is in no way, connected to a state of inner peace. I was grateful, but I was not at peace.
If this sounds familiar, I can also tell you that there is a way out of this, and it is easy, relatively quick and it is lasting. The result is that state of being that I call Permanent Peace.
The problem is, you can’t get to Permanent Peace unless you can get at the underlying pattern that the brain defaults to in times of uncertainty and stress. For me, this is the Missing Link. It’s what I discovered in my 4 week Behavioral Relationship Entrainment program offered by Brain Tek, a cutting edge research group in California. I’m now certified to offer this to my clients which I’ve been doing for a few months with great results all the way around. Here is a typical comment after a client has been through the “un-wiring – re-wiring” brain/behavioral program:
“The Brain Tek program has been one of the most positive things I’ve done for myself. I am happier, more patient and less anxious. I’m more organized, and motivated and get more done in a day than I did in a week. I can’t thank Ronna enough for introducing me to Braintek.”
Katie J. LCSW
What is Permanent Peace?
I believe it’s an inner state grounded upon understanding, acceptance, and trust. For me personally, there is also a very prominent spiritual component to this that I practice in daily prayer and meditation. I am now able to consistently be in this deep inner place of peace, because my deep brain structures that reacted to past experiences are freed up. My higher cortical reasoning function, i.e. the frontal cortex of my brain, can now choose to be at peace, rather than run my response based on past patterns.
Permanent Peace includes:
- Freedom from anxiety, worry and rumination
- Alleviation of depression
- Elimination of fear (which I call “Familiar Energy Arising Repetitively”)
- Ability to enjoy the moment
- Staying focused on one’s core values and ethics
- Contributing to the betterment of other’s lives
- Equanimity in the face of the unknown
- Feeling connected to everyone and everything without identifying with it
In this state, gratitude is natural, it flows and it becomes the foundation for everyday life, not just a special day, a time of prayer or a response to something good happening. This is permanent peace, and it does surpass understanding. I do believe it is possible and I have experienced it in my life and seen it in the lives of others who dive in to the cause of anxiety, fear and depression – unwiring the deep brain structures so that our personal practices can direct the flow of our lives.

Happy Thanksgiving and many blessings,

3 easy steps!
We’ve all heard that speaking in public is the #1 fear reported in most surveys about fears and phobias. For most people, it ranks above fear of failure and fear of death. To me, fear of public speaking is an extension of a deeper issue: fear of speaking from the heart.
What if you had no fear of speaking from your heart, not just in public, but in your relationships, at work and even in those day to day interactions that contain small (or large) annoyances, like someone crowding in front of you in a line, being treated rudely by a store clerk or being ignored?
The commitment you Must make to create lasting change.
This time of year we hear all about New Year’s resolutions and how to keep them. I‘ve created resolutions and then fallen off track within the first few weeks of January. However, in making the film Sacred Journey of the Heart, I believe I’ve discovered the KEY to lasting change. And it’s not just about the heart!
So what is the key? It’s the awareness of the thought and feeling patterns that keep you stuck and disempowered. Of my list of 10 patterns below, the most important one to be aware of in relation to change, is what I call “The Motivation Zapper”. If you are truly interested in lasting transformation, I contend that no old habit can be changed and no new one implemented without ferreting out the vestiges of these learned “victim-thought-feeling” patterns. I suggest that you make ONE commitment for 2014 – to notice these patterns and to kick them to the curb! The rest of your “resolutions” will follow easily from here!
The key commitment to change
Resistance to change is very simply a vestige of learned victim habit patterns. Most of us think we don’t have these anymore but if you’ve ever found yourself wondering “how did I end up here again?”, then it’s likely that lurking in the shadows is a remnant or two of your old familiar victim self. “But I’m not a victim anymore!” I’ve said this and I’ve heard others say it, but then… look at your results. If you are not where you want to be, how about making a choice to commit to a new way of anchoring in New Year’s resolutions?
The most important commitment you can make is to be aware of the 10 patterns below and to shift them as soon as you notice them:
Change-Blocking Thought & Feeling patterns
- The motivation zapper: “I can’t because” – Powerlessness
- The procrastination syndrome: “I’ll do it later” – Resistance
- The paralyzing excuse ploy: “If only x than y” – Helplessness
- The self-styled straight-jacket: “I can’t decide” – Doubt & Indecision
- The stupefying safety zone: “I can’t figure it out” – Confusion
- The chronic apology: “I’m sorry, it’s all my fault” – Guilt
- The reverse road-block: “If only I had…” – Regret
- The anti-enthusiasm energy drain: “What if….” Worry
- The blame game: “It’s all your fault” – Resentment
- The emotional bypass: “It’s all good” or “I don’t have that problem” – Denial
The origin of the pattern
At the root of every “bad habit” or something we want to change about ourselves is a remnant of a learned behavior based on a specific thinking-feeling pattern. As a mother of 4 children, I know that we come into this world believing in limitless possibilities. Little kids believe they can do anything- fly, win every game they play, and be anything they want to be. The #1 cause of “victim-think” process is not yet instilled in them.
Over time, kids learn that they can’t do x,y,or z because of something outside of their control. Most of this is rational but a good portion is the limited paradigm that we are all subject to as we grow up. Very few of us learn the paradigm-altering reality of quantum field energetics. You know, the “observer’s expectations alter the behavior of the object”? So we learn to become limited, safe and less-than-the powerful beings we truly are.
The most common roadblock to change
Of my list of 10 patterns below, the most important one to be aware of in relation to change, is what I call “The Motivation Zapper”. This is any statement that begins with, “I can’t because….”. Language is very powerful and plays a major part in shaping our reality. When you say or think this #1 disempowering phrase, you are actually saying “I can’t Be the Cause in my own life for change.”
Whenever we feel disempowered it can bring us back to a state from our childhood when we didn’t have the ability to make choices about what we wanted to do and when we could do it. We often didn’t have choices about simple things that today we take for granted, such as when to go to bed and when to wake up, what to eat, what to wear and who we had to hug and kiss. Does anyone remember being told as a child “Go kiss your Aunt?” And the aunt had bad breath or slobbery kisses? Even when we’ve been on the path of consciousness for a long time, the chemical memories of powerlessness can sneak up on us and take us right back to this state without even noticing it.
If you commit to noticing how you use the phrase “I can’t because…” , you may discover that this Motivation Zapper is impacting small decisions as well as big ones. Noticing is the first step to change. From here, you can take the next two steps to make change permanent.
The 3 steps to shift old patterns:
1) Notice – becoming aware
2) Choose – taking action
3) Shift – anchoring the new pattern
Shift Teleclass:
S-H-I-F-T is my own proprietary process I teach in private sessions and workshops and it stands for “Spirit-Heart-Intelligence Foundational Technique”. It’s a simple integrative spirit-emotion-thought based process that gets at the root of resistance and anchors in permanent change.
On Wednesday, January 15 at 5 pm central standard time, I will be offering a 90 minute tele-class on how to shift each one of these 10 patterns. If you want to shift anything, you first have to know where you are on the MAP and where you want to go. The M-A-P is part of shift process I’ll be sharing on the call. The investment in this 90 minute class is only $14.99. Stay tuned on January 6th for information about how to register for this class or email me now for early bird registration at only $9.99!
